Sylmasta Polyurethane is a high quality, one component sealant with high modulus for a wide range of sealing and bonding applications and is paintable once cured.

Surfaces
Type: all usual building surfaces, most metals, polyesters and many plastics (not on glass or PVC)
State of Surface: clean, dry, free of dust and grease

Preparation
• Non porous surfaces may be activated by Sylmasta Surface Activator to improve the bond.
We recommend a preliminary compatibility test.

Joint Size
Minimum Width:
• 2mm (in bonding applications)
• 5mm (in joints)
Maximum Width:
• 10mm (in bonding applications)
• 30mm (in joints)
Minimum Depth:
• 5mm (in joints)

Recommendations:
• Joints of 12mm or less: depth = width
• Joints of more than 12mm : 2 x depth = width
