Nutlock T-43

Equivalent to Loctite 242 or 243 Nutlock Nutlock T-43 is an oil-tolerant, medium strength threadlocker for all types of metal fasteners, such as nuts, screws and small bolts. It is recommended for when future disassembly with hand tools is required for servicing. Nutlock T-43 prevents loosening of parts caused by vibration in applications such as pumps, gearboxes, and motor mounts. A lubricating effect helps ensure correct tension during assembly. Studlock T-70

Equivalent to Loctite 270 Studlock Sylmasta T-70 is a medium viscosity, very high strength thread locking compound for studs, bolts and large nuts. Its extra high strength may make some smaller parts difficult to disassemble without heat or high pressure. Use T-70 on the stud, and T-242 on nuts being screwed onto the stud, this will help ensure that the nut comes loose leaving the stud still fixed during disassembly. T-70 will act as a sealant on the thread preventing leaks through the threaded. This will prevent the need to drill blind holes. Handling strength is achieved in 10-30 minutes. Functional strength is achieved in 45 minutes. Screwlock T-22

Equivalent to Loctite 222 Screwlock Sylmasta T-22 is a low strength thread locking compound which can be easily dismantled. T-22 is ideal for locking of low strength, weak threaded fasteners that might easily break if a high tightening strength is applied. Use T-22 on brass, copper and alloy type of fasteners. T-22 is also great on very small threads that might shear with a high tightening and un-tightening load. The high viscosity of T-22 ensures it stays where put. Handling strength is achieved in 10 - 15 minutes. Functional strength is achieved in 45 minutes. Penetrating Adhesive T-90 Equivalent to Loctite 290 Penetrating Grade Sylmasta T-90 is a ultra low viscosity thread locking compound. Its very low viscosity means that it can penetrate and wick into pre-assembled parts allowing for final adjustment before locking. T-90 can fill gaps up to 0.12mm (.005 thou) It can be used to seal fine porosity in casting and assemblies. Small adjusting screws and mechanisms can be locked once set. Handling strength is achieved in 10-30 minutes. Functional strength is achieved in 45 minutes. Superfast Threadlocking Adhesives

These adhesives will secure and seal all types of threaded fasteners more reliably than mechanical locking devices. They eliminate the need for prevailing-torque lock-nuts, self-locking screws, serrated spring and tab washers, and allow the use of through-holes instead of blind tapped holes. Applied as a liquid, these adhesives completely fill the space between mating threads, to lock and seal threads together, by hardening into a tough, solvent-resistant plastic, and hold them tightly at specified clamp loadings. Their use does not damage the threads and, provided the correct grade of Superfast adhesive has been selected, fasteners can be loosened and removed without difficulty. The lubricating properties of the adhesives also aid assembly of fasteners, and help ensure that a correct clamp load is achieved and maintained. Design points to note are that a greater break-loose torque is required if the contact surface between both threads increases. i.e. if, for example, a longer nut than normal was used. Similarly, the locking power of the adhesive increases with surface roughness of the threads and will be slightly greater for cut-threads as compared with rolled-threads.
