This fine ground white marble powder is ideal for mixing into epoxy adhesives to make a hard putty for marble repairs. Made from pure marble rock this filler will add a cold 'feel' to the repair.
Marble powder can be mixed with oil paint to create a sculture effect.

To make a putty to repair marble, try mixing 30 ml of of an epoxy adhesive with 30 gm of marble powder. A slow set epoxy may be best to give time to mix and apply.
A medicine spoon holds 5ml or 5 gm.

Laponite RD is a synthetic clay, supplied as a fine white powder, which swells to produce a clear colourless thixotropic gel when dispersed in water, and is used in the conservation of stone , metals, organic materials, ceramics and paintings.
Laponite RD has been successfully used to remove old water soluble adhesives, like paste glues, and to soften and remove dirt from the surface of stone and ceramics etc.
