| Grade 370 Rubber for Polyurethane Resins 1kg
Grade 370 rubber is a high tear strength rubber for the casting of polyurethane resins. Its high tear strength permits castings to be made with larger than normal under cuts.
Due to its softness and flexibility, 370 rubber is particularly good for when there are deep undercuts.
Key Benefits: Good for deep undercuts High Tear Strength High elongation Easy degassing Chemically resistant Pot Life: 45-120 minutes. De-mould: 10 hours Mixed viscosity: 11,000 mPa.s
Cured Properties: Shore A hardness: 15° Elongation at break: 622% Tensile strength: 2.8 MPa Tear strength: 20.18 kN/m Young's modulus: 0.79MPa Linear shrinkage: 0.46% Max. service temperature: -50°C Min. service temperature: 200°C White
Comes complete with hardener - mix-ratio is 5 parts of hardener to 100 parts of rubber.

| Grade 380 Rubber for Polyurethane Resins 1kg
Grade 380 rubber is a high tear strength rubber for the casting of polyurethane resins. Its high tear strength permits castings to be made with larger than normal under cuts. When cured, it is stiffer that grade 370 (giving it better dimensional stability) but softer than grade 390 (making it better for deep undercuts).
Key Benefits: Good dimensional stability High Tear Strength Easy degassing Chemically resistant Pot Life: 45-120 minutes. De-mould: 8 hours Mixed viscosity: 16,500 mPa.s
Cured Properties: Shore A hardness: 18° Elongation at break: 539% Tensile strength: 3.11 MPa Tear strength: 23.49 kN/m Young's modulus: 1.18 MPa Linear shrinkage: 0.39% Max. service temperature: -50°C Min. service temperature: 200°C White
Comes complete with hardener - mix-ratio is 5 parts of hardener to 100 parts of rubber.

| Grade 375 Rubber For White Metal 1kg
High Temperature RED 375 rubber is the only grade of moulding rubber for the casting of white metals. It sets moderately hard and offers good protection against chemicals and environmental contamination, shock and vibration.
375 moulding rubber is also used to encapsulate sensitive electrical and electronic assemblies.
Key Benefits: High Temperature Rating Good flow properties Chemically resistant Pot Life: 60 minutes. De-mould: 4 hours Mixed viscosity: 40,000 mPa.s
Cured Properties: Shore A hardness: 61° Elongation at break: 131% Tensile strength: 4.77 MPa Tear strength: 8.10 kN/m Young's modulus: 4.18 MPa Linear shrinkage: 0.41% Min. service temperature: -60°C Max. service temperature: 250°C Volume Resistivity: Surface Resistivity Volume Resistivity: ASTM D-257 1.51E+14 ohm.cm Surface Resistivity: ASTM D-257 ohm Dielectric Strength: ASTM D-149 20kV/mm Power Factor at 1MHz: BS903 Part C3 2.5E-3 Red

| Mould Release Agent 50ml
Mould Release Agent 50ml Silicone mould release agent prevents the silicone moulding rubber from sticking to itself during the making of split moulds. There is no need to apply the release agent to the master as this can result in a loss of fine detail. When making a split mould allow the first half of the mould to fully cure then lightly coat the mating face with the release agent using a brush and allow to dry.
